Presented Effectively Leading Change as the closing presentation to launch nurse leaders attending the Nurse Leader Institute as they return to their sponsoring organizations. The Nurse Leader Institute is a statewide program sponsored by the Louisiana Action Coalition. The program is designed for emerging and aspiring nurse leaders in all sectors of healthcare.
